Establish the L-sit first then pull-up; the result will be sore abs and a stronger core. Don’t start your pull and then throw your legs out to a L-sit at the top.

The rope or rings can be a nice alternative to the pullup bar

L-sit Pullups

No press-outs on the snatch. The snatch should be pulled in a single movement from the floor to the full extent of both arms above the head.
