100420 Tuesday: 5 rounds of 10 L-sit pullups, 6 snatch, 400m Run

Establish the L-sit first then pull-up; the result will be sore abs and a stronger core. Don’t start your pull and then throw your legs out to a L-sit at the top.

The rope or rings can be a nice alternative to the pullup bar

L-sit Pullups

No press-outs on the snatch. The snatch should be pulled in a single movement from the floor to the full extent of both arms above the head.

Snatch weight:

Elite: 85w – 135m

Pro: 73w – 115m

Pack: 60w – 95m

Porch: 48w – 75m

    23:45. Started with 115# on the snatch. As Soni likes to say – I had to drop my shorts – took off weight in the middle of a WOD and did 95#. Much better getting under the bar.
