    A great workout and some really strong girls! 30 seconds with chin above the bar for a couple of ‘em and the others were close behind!

    30sec above the bar! Outstanding! For the woman’s USMC PFT it all counts until the the angle of the arm bed is greater than 90 degrees. We may see some of these little sprites getting that 70 sec max soon!

    Oh to be young again ;)
