100506 Thursday "Death by Pullups"

Pull-up bars at the Regionals

“Death by Pullups” With a continuosly running clock perform 1 pull-up in the first minute, 2 pull-ups in the second minute, 3 pull-ups in the third… and so on, until you cannot perform the number of prescribed pull-ups for the given minute. Post minutes and pull-ups completed to comments.

Alternate WOD for those with jumping pullups: With a continuosly running clock perform 4 burpees and 1 jumping pull-up in the first minute, 4 burpees and 2 jumping pull-ups in the second minute, 4 burpees and 3 jumping pull-ups in the third… and so on, until you cannot perform the number of prescribed jumping pull-ups for the given minute. Post minutes and pull-ups completed to comments.

    I am not good at this one, but I do love it. In minutes 1-5 it is all chat and jokes. Then at some point it gets serious as hell. And then the bleeding starts.

    Can’t wait to get some.

    I got 13 full rounds (91 total) and know I could have done more, but because of the lack of skin on my hands I stopped. I hung in there pretty well considering the first skin rubbed off in about the 6th round. Thanks Kelly!
