Alternate WOD: 8 rounds of 7 Burpees, 21 situps, 7 Kipping Pullups

7,6,5,4,3,2,1 = handstand pushups (modified range of motion with plates and an abmat) and l-sit pullups – 19:09
First ever handstand pushups in a WOD!
10:58 = 7,6,5,4,3,2,1 Handstand with shoulder shrugs– that’s as far as I could go and still get back up! and L-sit pull ups on rings plus 1 mile run after.
The Alternate looked horrible.

a bit sloppy but had to much espresso and was ragin’ with energy.
Elite- with Abmat and 15lb plate full L-sit pullups
8 rounds of 7 Burpees, 21 situps, 7 Kipping Pullups
1 Mile run with 20# vest
30:14 elitish/kipping HSPU’s w/abmat
Porch 13:49 With a bumper plate and a 10# plate for the HSPU.
Got in a 7:20 mile run after that.
