Infidel: 8 rounds for time of 10 pullup, 15 pushup (or 10 dip) and 30 walking lunge

HTFU (Harden the Fu@k up) 10 rounds for time of 10 pullup, 15 pushup (or 10 dip) and 30 walking lunge

OR

WOD B).

Bulldog: 6 rounds 5 muscle-ups, 30 Walking Lunge

    WOD-A(Rx) @ Infidel (8 rounds)…35:05–First 6 rounds in 23+mins, took almost 12 mins for last 2 rounds. OUCH!!!
