Since jumping is off the PT plan at the moment – Subbed 60% pushups for the DU’s for 90 total.
Situps felt great; Slamballs without the jump.
2d WOD with the physical therapist – calf presses/raises and lots of ball catching & squatting on a balance board/bosu ball; and lots of Wii games except I get to do them with a tilt board standing only on my bad leg. and then 10 mins of 38 degrees in the ice machine. Aaaah!
