An HONEST L-Sit at 4min time under tension is TOUGH, can you do it in under 10 min?

    Getting better at DU, but still need work.
    After 3 rounds kept slipping off the PU bar.

    L sit for first time. 2 minutes in 3:25 (knees bent). Not sure how good my form was though.

    10 rounds even as Rx’d… still can’t get more than 2-3 DUs in a row; reverted to single-double-single-double to keep momentum.
