    So many modifications that it’s not even the same workout. Simply wanted to post to let you know that even coach gets nicked up and has to modify to give his body time to heal properly. Put on a 20lb weight vest for the wod to simulate the overheating everyone else experienced with the 90 degree heat today.     27:07 subbing 3x the thrusters in air squats and 500m row for the runs

    After party at PT was LONG (1.5 hours) today and included a mile run at 9:15 pace and JUMPING! Yeah! Slalom jumping and “box jumping” – the latter being jumping around a “four square” box. Foot feels sore/worn out but not painful.

    Not sure that I will be able to DL tomorrow. ;(
