  5. PT says no jumping -especially not weights and has me on a particular running program through 4th of July so my WOD

    1 mile run (level surface only)
    40, 30, 20, 10 situps and airsquats
    separated the rounds with 10 KNEE pushups. The dips on Monday are just starting to let go of my shoulder 4 days later and I didn’t want to overdo.

    Rehab wod: 20 walking lunge, 15 reverse grip pushup, 10 c2b pullups. 10 rounds 12:24 first test on knee and pec, felt 85%

    On the road and used some equipment at my Dad’s house in NY. Sub’d 45 lb DB hang-power-cleans for BB cleans, and did the following:

    2 DB hang-power-cleans, 2 ring pushups
    4, 4
    6, 6
    8, 8
    10, 10
    12, 12
    14, 14
    16, 16
    18, 18
    20, 20

    No timer, but tried to keep myself honest on not resting much.

  14. Started physical therapy for my shoulders. No heavy lifting or overhead work for at least 2 weeks.

    Did the cleans with 35# (Max wt per pt)
    ring rows instead of PU
