300 x 1 – Felt good. Anxious to see 1 RM w/o chains.

295 x 1. This was a 15 lb PR from January 26th when we did it without chains. Very pumped!

After party was 400m waiters carry with 35 lb KB (first time doing this).

7:26 “Karen” Paced out at 20 a minute – unraveled a bit at 6min – lost strength in the end, not conditioning. Better strategy would have been 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20, 15 for sub 7:00.
