100622 Tuesday: 30 Muscle-ups for time. Compare To 100122

Durk, a stellar part our CFOT community, is in a 2-week train-up and then off for a deployment to Afghanistan. We enjoyed watching your progress on muscle-ups Durk; perseverance and determination defined. Your CFOT team hopes you have the means to hit this WOD on the road with us. Stay safe my friend, you will be missed.

Alternate WOD: 10 pullups, 10 burpees, 10 GHD Situp.

Bulldog: 6 rounds, Infidel: 8 rounds, HTFU 10 rounds.

    11:07 — I think. Also, no full-extension for me. All reps started from partial flexed arm hang. Gotta learn to keep false grip and go full-extension. Not my favorite WOD. Thanks Melissa for the coaching and motivation!
