100623 Wednesday: "The Bear Complex"

100623 Wednesday: “The Bear Complex”
7 sets of the following sequence:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

5 rounds. Rest between rounds as needed.
Record loads in comments.
Notes:  The Power clean must be seperate from the front squat.  No resting on the ground during rounds, not even to re-grip.  Add weight each round if possible

    Workload today was:

    75-95-115-135(only 4 rounds)-125

    Great WOD. Very disappointed I did get all 7 @ 135#. Next time.

    Had to do an alternate due to shoulder. (Can’t do anything overhead)

    9 Dead lifts
    9 Hang cleans
    9 Front squat
    9 Burpee

    5 rounds using 53# for time

    75, 85, 95, 105, 115. Huge thanks to Joel, Blain, Melissa, and the others that pushed me through that last round. As Joel and I chatted about, this was tough…a different tough than any of the other WOD’s we normally do. Very cool!
