100628 Monday WOD 1: 20 minutes to find Overhead Squat x 1

Work Fast but don’t rush. Stay tight, be aggressive.

Wod 2: 10min amrap of- 15 KB swing/30 Jumping lunges

After Party: GHD situps Bulldog: 50 Infidel: 75 HTFU: 100

  7. WOD #1- 70lb overhead squat (Hurt my wrist A LOT. The rest of my body could have handled more weight. My wrists, not so much.)

    WOD #2- 6 round, need to increase weight of KB to 45lb

    50 GHD + 1-mile slow jog

    145 lb OHS (PR). Hit 155 lbs near the 20 min buzzer but was a little high.

    WOD 2 for me was the CFE “homework” drills as my hamstrings where killing me already from the weekend cert.
