Could have gone for Infidel (Not that 75lb was easy but I know the “kind” of pain I should be experiencing and that wasn’t it.)
Hit a couple of practices C&J after the WOD and got 105lbs.
Did a little pullup practice and played a quick game of “Whip it” (DU practice)
15:04 (55# — not even a bulldog but it felt good).

I took an unplanned rest day. 2nd day of waking up tired (very unusual for me) and a few cranky joints were signs to back-off. I post this to remind everyone to listen to your body’s signs.
There is a fine line between hardcore and stupid.
