    215 thruster. Tried 225 twice and missed at the lockout. Next time!

    4 & 2/3 rounds. Lunges were the limiting factor.

    85# Shoulder popped at 90# :(

    WOD 2 to compensate for sore shoulder, subbed 15 KB swing (35#) for PP and 30 walking lunges w/25lb barbells for OH lunges. 4 1/3 rounds
