    Tough workout Danya! Hands are beat up from 55 reps w/ the barbell. Lower back feeling alright.

    On the road, so had to do a hotel gym WOD in San Antonio.
    5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 sit-ups X 12 rounds (~18 minutes). Extra: 20 minutes on stationary bike.
