5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 sit-ups X 12 rounds (~18 minutes). Extra: 20 minutes on stationary bike.

Subbed 50# Dumbbell for KB
Subbed 20# Dumbbell for Slamball and did downward Power Swings.
