  6. Yikes, this one killed me. I know what I need to work on! Didn’t write down all of the times for the sprints from the board, but the total time was 38:40 with rest times, mile loop 9:56.

  8. Forgot to write down all my times but off the top of my head, I think I my total was around 33 minutes and some of the segments were:

    One mile 8:56 (this was is for sure)
    800 m 5:01 (this was is for sure)
    600 m 3:??
    400 m 1:51
    200 m :40 (this one is for sure)

    Not happy with the times but will live with them considering I still have a sinus infection and couldn’t breathe out of my nose, was nauseas and my hernia hurt! Yes, excuses, excuses. :)
