Action of todays WOD:

600m Run, 10 hang power-clean (85w-135m), 20 Kettlebell Swing, and 30 Anchored Situp

Bulldog: 3rounds – Infidel: 4rounds – HTFU: 5rounds

    I wish you guys could have seen Les killing this workout. It was the first time since Luke was born 10 months ago that I have witnessed that type of tenacity out of her. It was awesome! And it was 92 degrees in the shade… of course she was in the middle of the front yard in the blazing sun– neighbors are not sure whether to look away or wave when they drive past. I think they are scared wee may come after them ;-) Rock on! Next time HTFU!

    Started out with 85# for hang clean, but after only 5 reps went down to 75#
