    Sat. long run today… 7.4 miles in 1:16 hot as Hatti at 7am already… thinking about you all killin it this am!!!

    It’s been fun programming these past 2 weeks. Thanks you Jerry for being a great mentor, and to our all our bad ass members at CFOT….. way to kill those workouts!!!!

    55:20 – in 90 degree Garage. I think we lost a gallon of sweat in this one. It was way worse than it appeared on paper. I think the pull ups were the worst and that just makes the rest a bit$$.
