Infantry 15 reps at 50w-75m
Bulldog 12 reps at 65w-95m
Infidel 9 reps at 80w-115m
Htfu 6 reps at 95w-135m

  2. 26:10 – round 1 at 115# but couldn’t maintain tension so switched to 95# for rounds 2-5.

  3. 27:10 Infantry (55#)

    OHS are a very difficult move for me. My form wasn’t perfect — heard lots of elbows straight, keep on your heels, deeper (thank you for the support and advice, it is much appreciate) — so I didn’t feel comfortable going heavier. Even though my form wasn’t always perfect, there were a few reps that felt like maybe I was beginning to get a better handle on the movement. I’ll try for at least 60 pounds next time!

    GHDs felt great — no pain in the back what so ever! Yippee!

    First of all – Jerry was on fire. His OHSs were so fast and furious, it was something to see. If you caught them at all.

    Second – Nice little workout there “Blue Room Boys” I look forward to bringing it the next 2 weeks.

    Except not today. After yesterdays Fran Challenge, I had nada. Had to drop weight after round 2 and then move to ab mats in round 3. My legs were jelly. “OHS and runs hahaha” – My legs actually said that.

    Was heavy for me at the end, but I need to start pushing myself more with the weights. My right arm was tingly though, anyone else experience this?
