Bear complex 115m/75w

(Sub 3 ring dip, 3 pullups for each muscle-up)

Alternate WOD:
Bulldog: 3 rounds, Infidel: 4 rounds, HTFU 5 rounds
15 Pushups, 15 Kettlebell High Pulls, 15 Push Press, 15 DB Front Squat, 400m Run

    While a smokin’ time I am not happy about my mental performance. I failed to push through when doubt appeared on my shoulder and said “slow down, you are in too deep”. Sub 3:30 is definitely possible in this wod.

    1st round with 75, remainder with 65 (could’t do them unbroken with 75)
    pullups and dips were subbed.
    I was very slow, but I finished.

    5:32. Didn’t have either the strength, lungs or mental capacity to finish unbroken. Not sure if I was breathing heavy because I didn’t have the strength or I didn’t have the strength because I was breathing heavy. Or I could have mentally pushed through both. Eitherway that was fun.

    Subbed pullups and ring dips for muscle ups
    Rounds of 4 and 3 had to be broken up. Lowering 115# from overhead to behind the neck is scary and worth being safe.

    Then 15 narrow stance hand stand pushups. Look out SONI – Only 1 behind.

    Fun workout! strung the first three MU’s together. The rest were slow, and one at a time, but finished at RX – 23:55. Melissa helped me out with some timely coaching.
