A little easier than you’d think. Not as intense as a straight up Fran, but I really had to focus while running to regulate my breathing.

15:51 rx. Legs were heavy on the runs. Only partitioned my pullups once in the 15 round, did 10-5. Other than that, everything was straight through.
Oh, and I had to tie my shoe in the 9 round. Can I subtract time for this?

28:08 50# Thrusters to watch the shoulder which is much better. PU’s were slow, but first time I haven’t torn on the new bars. Will admit to wheezing on the run. Hoping it is the vestiges of last week’s cold and not the allergy/asthma thing.

Fran a day after 9 rounds of 7 hspu scared me. But the thrusters were ok. Did the 21 round unbroken with a few pauses, 15 round with 1 drop and the 9 round all in a row without a break. The run and pullups were harder.
