Push press needs work. Pushups saved me.

Afterparty: weighted pull-up = 47.5 lbs x 1. This was a huge PR for me. (I didn’t see that Jerry had it at x3 until afterwards.)
I was so sore walking in the door. This hurt, but I think it was just the active recovery I needed.

Chest still not right from the last time I was in here (couple weeks ago). Push Presses and rows kept the count as high as it was.
Got 36 push presses on the first round.

Total = 234
