24:30 (I think) subbed runs (too dang gorgeous and I’m running out of running days) 45# KBHP (need a KB between 45 & 53), and 2x step ups for the box jumps. Yep the MOD WOD season has begun.

I felt good about this one, high rep cardio not in my wheelhouse but I pushed the rows harder than usual.
Really pushed. Then really broke down. Questioned my heart at end when I had to pause. But I was redlined, plus.

WOD #1: 19:32 Rx Filthy FGB (The squats in the WB were a little high but happy I was able to do them.)

WOD #2: 3 mile (~31 mins) midday recovery run on the National Mall with Adrienne. First “2 a day” and it was good!

Felt pretty good during, real good after a shower, but one solid KNOT after the 45 minute drive through DC to work!
