Ran the 9-11 Memorial 5K in Arlington. Was a great vibe for the race, people very respectful. The organizers do a great job. 3200 runners.

Took a minute and a half off my best time this summer. I feel like my legs are finally coming around.

God Bless the USA; respect to our service men and women.
