100917 Friday “Onion Skin” 5 rounds for max reps of pullups, shoulder press (30 minute time limit)
Once you come off the pullup bar your set is done, record your reps. In the press once the bar goes below your shoulders your set is done, record your reps. If you are gaming this you can spread out each movement to every 3 minutes. To further clarify; 5 rounds of 2 movements = 10 total sets, a set every 3 minutes = 30 minutes. We will set the timer for 30 Minutes, deal your own demise.
