100918 Saturday Teams of Two one partner working at a time on Deadlifts and Burpees, must run together as a team. 400run, 20 deadlift, 20 burpee, 600run, 35 deadlift, 35 burpee, 800m run, 50 deadlift, 50 burpee. HTFU: 165W – 255M, Infidel: 145W – 225M, Bulldog: 125W –  195M, Infantry: 105W – 165M

    Teamed up with Sean C – 28:05 HTFU. Runs were slow, killed the deadlifts, and Sean picked me up on the burpees. Great WOD.

    Teamed up with John S. 27:59 @ HTFU
    John saved me on the extra DL’s in round 2 and pushed us through the burpees on the last wrong. This one hurt!
