Snatch x1 = 135# (fail at 145# and 140#…need to quit pulling early with my arms).

75lbs Solid Squat Snatch Awesome working with some amazing athletes at the 6am today.
125#. Taking it easy. Knee is sore and FGB is looming.
Knocked out some muscle ups. 4 good, 1 fail. I am now confident that if I had to hit one, I can.
Next goat = double unders.
Alt WOD 18:44 with 12# slam ball
180lb Not feeling it today but still fun!
100 Not on my A game today… worked Snatch Balance a bit and went down in weight to fix landing

Workout warm up 20GHD 15 Back Ext. 3rnds MU transition work
109 PR Had about 6 failed attempts at 107 got it and went for 109 twice and got it. Happy to ever pr on this lift.
