100925 Saturday: Fight Gone Bad 5

When your arms are so tired that you can hardly lift your hands to press or pull…

Fight one more round.

When your heart pounds through your chest as you desperately gasp for air…

When your head spins so fast and that you wish you would pass-out or puke…

Fight one more round.

When that voice inside your head says; “stop, quit, you’re in over your head”…

Fight one more round.

Remembering that the person who always fights one more round is never whipped, not ever…

WOD: Fight Gone Bad

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for 3 rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.

The stations are:

1.  Wallball

2. High-pull

3. Box jump

4. Push-press

5. Rower (calories)
