5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

Mary
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Goal numbers for Cindy:

Level one: 7 rounds, Level two: 14 r, Level three: 21r, Level four: 28r

Goal numbers for Mary:

Level one: 6 rounds, Level two: 9r, Level three :12r, Level four: 15r

    all PU on knees but really worked on form and kept my elbows tight

    Right now my shoulder feels okay, we will see what tomorrow brings.

    Kept pace with unbroken HSPUs and pullups. Took a few rounds to get comfortable with pistols (on 5# plate) and last round used only right leg…obviously need to work on left leg strength.

    18.66 sub ring pull ups + Loop (could barely run)

    Paced a little too much on squats, had a little left at the end, but my best squat workout ever. Finally getting the feel of it.

  22. Surgery today. Tendons and ligaments repaired. Nerve block keeping me numb and happy. Only glitch was having to give me some additional meds during the procedure due to my low heart rate and blood pressure. :) Day 1 goal – wake up. Check.
