A PR for me, but I think I should easily be able to get up to 18 rounds with better pushups (easier said than done?)

    1 mile loop

17 rounds of Cindy. Was hoping for many more rounds given my prior Chelsea work. But, onwards and upwards.

14 1/3 rounds – 4 1/3 more than the last time. Pushups were tough at the end and had to do a couple in the last few round on my knees.

    7 2/3 Rounds of “Mary”

Kept pace with unbroken HSPUs and pullups. Took a few rounds to get comfortable with pistols (on 5# plate) and last round used only right leg…obviously need to work on left leg strength.

    First time Cindy.

18.66 sub ring pull ups + Loop (could barely run)

Paced a little too much on squats, had a little left at the end, but my best squat workout ever. Finally getting the feel of it.

Surgery today. Tendons and ligaments repaired. Nerve block keeping me numb and happy. Only glitch was having to give me some additional meds during the procedure due to my low heart rate and blood pressure. :) Day 1 goal – wake up. Check.
