  1. Sean Mulcahy says:

Lower-back torn up from Saturday, so I modified this WOD:

    5 C2B pullups
    10 HR pushups
    15 abmat situps

    15 rounds complete

  2. Kevin Hare says:

17 (body is tired for some reason…)

  3. Cindy – 14 2/3 rounds (5 squats short of 15 rds!) PR

  4. Cindy, 15 rounds. Two rounds more than last time I did this on 8/4/10.

  5. 12 rounds ; downsized pull up band !!

  6. Mike Hart says:

    Mary 7.33

-first time doing Mary or pistols. Note to self…’work on pistols’

  7. 6 & 2HSPU’s
HSPU’s were the crusher. First time doing pistols–love em’!

  8. Cindy

    14.33 rounds

A PR for me, but I think I should easily be able to get up to 18 rounds with better pushups (easier said than done?)

    1 mile loop

  9. Mary: 7 1/3 rnds
    did HSPU with purple band…

Mile loop after with a bit of GHD’s and Back Ext.

Fun WOD.. def. weaker in Pistols on my L. side!

  10. 16 1/3
    Pullups – red band
Pushups – went to knee-pushups after the first 8 rounds

  11. Slowly using my shoulder
    Cindy 14 rounds
first 5 rnds PU last 9 rnd sub Abmat situps X12
all PU on knees but really worked on form and kept my elbows tight

Right now my shoulder feels okay, we will see what tomorrow brings.

  12. My First Cindy…13 rds, (red banded PU, knee PU)

  13. Jerry Hill says:

    “Mary” 14 rounds (PR)
Goal was 15 rounds, one every 80sec – stayed on pace for 10

  14. Grace Chung says:

    8 rds of Mary.

Used a 5# plate under my heel for the pistols.

  15. Vance says:

Cindy – 13.33 rds …pushups were the killer

  16. Harold Doran says:

17 rounds of Cindy. Was hoping for many more rounds given my prior Chelsea work. But, onwards and upwards.

  17. 14 1/3 rounds – 4 1/3 more than the last time. Pushups were tough at the end and had to do a couple in the last few round on my knees.

  18. Koz says:

7 Rounds of Mary with abmat HSPU’s.

  19. Jeremy Moss says:

    7 2/3 Rounds of “Mary”

Kept pace with unbroken HSPUs and pullups. Took a few rounds to get comfortable with pistols (on 5# plate) and last round used only right leg…obviously need to work on left leg strength.

  20. Ray Fitzgerald says:

    First time Cindy.

18.66 sub ring pull ups + Loop (could barely run)

Paced a little too much on squats, had a little left at the end, but my best squat workout ever. Finally getting the feel of it.

  21. Cindy 10 1/3 rounds (purple bands)

  22. Surgery today. Tendons and ligaments repaired. Nerve block keeping me numb and happy. Only glitch was having to give me some additional meds during the procedure due to my low heart rate and blood pressure. 🙂 Day 1 goal – wake up. Check.
