    Stumbled 4 times on first round of DU, missed once on 2nd round, none on third. Everything else was straight through. Finished with 136 straight Double-unders!

    I continue to struggle with DUs. Did however, before getting too tired, manage to string a few together here and there.

    Felt like crapola this morning. Had absolutely no get-up-and-go — between battling a cold and not getting much sleep everything felt r_e_a_l_l_y slow. Even the loop didn’t help to put any spring in my step.

    Looking forward to tomorrow — it’s a new day. Hopefully it’ll come with an energy pre-pack!

    Started wit DU for the first round, but was really not getting them, so did box jumps for the last two rounds.
    Did all 42 KB swings in first round without stopping though.
