10 Ring dip, 15 cal row, 20 Sledge Strikes, 25 Jumping Slamball, 30 Situp.

Bulldog: 3r, Infidel 4r, HTFU 5r + use GHD

Cathy Puskar raised $2750 for FGB5 and won the opportunity to help program todays WOD.

    NO BAND on ring dips!!! Yahoo.. MU transition definitely helping … was not as low as I wanted to be all the time but def. felt stronger….

    3 rounds with GHD, 2 with ambat

    felt horrible for some time.

    warm up with mobility wod, 10 muscle ups (4,4,2), and fruitless double under practice.

    Cathy is one tough chick.
