101008 Friday Clean&Jerk x 5, sprint 200m for time, rest 2 min x 4 rounds. Record fastest round in comments.

Also record the difference in time from fastest round to slowest and assess a penalty of 1 burpee for each second difference.

Infantry: 85W – 125M, Bulldog: 95W- 145M, Infidel: 105W – 165M, HTFU: 115W – 185M

“Alternate WOD”: 3 rounds of 30 DB CL&J, 30 Jumping Lunge, 800m Run

    Infidel (165): 1:49, 1:42, 1:50, 2:07. Missed rep #4 in the 4th round and had to redo it. This cost me some time.

    Shoulders were tight and made the c&j harder than they should have been. Happy with the consistency on times…the burpee penalty was a good motivation!

    I think I was only getting warmed up. ;-) After party round earned me some serious burpees. (36 burpee penalty)

    Still fighting the old cold + fatigue double-whammy. Just couldn’t move much weight today.

    Scaled up to 125 probably foolishly, but I wanted to mentally challenge myself. Round 1 & 2 felt good, round 3 nearly killed me. Four was just a lot of suffering.

    Substituted 300m row instead of the run. Took a bit longer, but allowed a little better times as I warmed up. Thankfully, my consistency limited me to only 9 penalty burpees! ;-)

    Infidel (165#), 1:55/1:43/2:40/1:19 Have no idea why the third round took so long, but I can tell you it took longer to do the 81 burbee penalty than the entire WOD. Also, I still have weak abs that result in arching my back when pressing/jerking. Included some GHD’s to break up the penalty and work on my abs.
