7 rounds complete + 2 (almost 3) rounds of Cindy
0830 class was killin it!
7 complete rounds, 5 pullups and 10 pushups.
7 full rounds. Then 2 rounds of Cindy and 5 pull ups. So close to 8. The house was rocking this AM.
6 rounds plus 2 rounds of Cindy.
10 rounds and 5 pullups.
Loved this WOD! Pushed the heart rate the whole time, 30min was tough!
