    19:58 with 20# vest. 1st Round was HTFU, 2nd-5th Rounds were RX. Had trouble getting 175 onto the shoulders.

    Did all 5 rounds of front squats unbroken, and first round of 14 PU unbroken
    last 10 PU in 5th round were ugly, however I have not been doing this high of reps for PU due to my shoulder, so I am just glad to finish all 5 rounds w/o subbing out.
