    Strained right Levator Scapulae on October 1st. Been training through it and its worse. Perhaps it is a slight tear, will back-off and train around it in hopes to be healthy for the BWI Hopper on Nov 6th.

    Work Gym. No rower – sub’d run or pull up bar sub’d bodyweight lat pull-downs for pull ups which seemed harder.

    Lost count so I did extra, not sure how much extra.

  11. 28:23, Definitely could feel that my body still hasn’t fully recovered from the bronchitis, but damn it feels good to be back.

    AP 1 loop; 100 GHD situps

    Left forearm is much better the last two weeks, no pain from ring pull-ups. Next step will be to find a way to do regular pull ups with a neutral grip. So far this is a 4 month injury. At first I could not curl 10 pounds.
