WOD 2.) once through: 30 GHD Situp, 60 Jumping Lunge , 90 Double under, 60 Air Sq, 30 Swings (53W, 70M) .

“Alternate WOD” 400 run 30 jumping lunge, 20 situp (3, 4, or 5 rounds)

    Did a couple of sets of BS (155#) then back got tight and sore, so switched to a modified alt WOD:

    3 rounds – 400m run, 30 jumping lunges, 20 pushups – 16:00

    Being hurt during the strength cycle is frustrating…

    WOD 1: 205, started to find that place where I can really push myself, although you couldn’t tell by the light weight.

    WOD 2: 9:58, need to work on double unders.
