    Still taking it easy on the back so went light on the weight. Happy with the time and pullups were all unbroken except for round of 12.

  6. 31:02 (I think) – 65 lbs; pull ups with red band (thanks Jerry :) – this was a tough one!

    first 5 rounds with a vest, finally had to take vest off after
    several missed muscle ups :-(

    sub dips with floss and pull ups for muscle ups

    I probably need to lose the floss for ring dips it is about time…… but it is such a crutch!

    25:50 at 115#. Subbed Muscle-ups for Pullups and Ring Dips, was still feeling it from all the Pullups I did on Saturday.

    Snatches felt good. Shoulder feels BAD after that.

    It is easy to say now that I am done, but I should have gone heavier. The muscle ups were by far the hardest part. Most ever muscle ups in a wod.

    Right at 31:00 minutes, I think… Big CFOT foul = wallball hit the timer clock cord in last round; stopped it at 30:14. My BAD, but Coach Jerry didn’t even charge me with any penalty Burpees ;-)

    52:03 HTFU for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 5, 4. I was gunning for longest time of the evening. :) The last round of 3, and 2 I had to go for pullups and dips (with a band) instead of Muscle ups. I was no longer able to lock out at the top of the MU. Bummer.
