Cold air and deep gasping breaths from walking lunges and carrying a plate overhead do not agree with my asthma. Or should I say, they brought it out with a vengeance. I have not had trouble breathing like this in a long time.
But it was a good one to struggle through. The first 50 Double unders were improved. some bigger chunks Then I had no air left.
