5 Intervals with 90 Sec rest between each. Record your fastest time and your 5 interval total.

300m Row, 15 Burpees, 15 Pullups

    2:24 / 2:24 / 2:19 / 3:00 / 3:04 = 14:11 of work.
    Went redline in round 3 to get a low time, and that was it.
