wod1.) 12 min snatch complex: high hang snatch, above knee hang snatch, floor snatch x1

wod2.) 9 snatch (95w, 135m), 18pullups, 7 snatch, 14 pullups, 5snatch, 10 pullup

“Alternate WOD”

1.) 4 minute amrap pullups

-rest 2 min-

2.) 250m row,  20 kb High pull, 15 DB PP. 3, 4, or 5 rounds

    WOD #1: 115 high hand / 135 floor

    WOD #2: 6:52 INF (115lbs) — Bum knee was still aggitated today but it was the pull ups that really slowed me down.

    WOD 1: 35 high hang and above knee hang snatch
    WOD 2: 55# 6:47

    I really struggle with technique. In both WODs kept very low weight on the bar and practiced trying to move the bar up my shirt line (and to not jump forward, and etc., etc.) Really appreciated the help from Adam!

    I could have done more weight in WOD 2. Next time!

    Tried to work around my various recent ailments – but when your shoulder and knee are sore, snatch is not going to be your best lift.

    Skill – 115
    WOD 2 – 5:59 – Used 115 and and had some press outs. Broke up the first set up pull ups.

    Note on the PPC (Pete’s Palo Challenge) In 2.5 days I have lost 2.5 pounds per the CFOT scale. I feel better and more energetic than usual. Once I heal up, I am going to be dialed in.

    WOD 1: 55 lb snatch complex (although I’m not sure I actually did them as a complex since I was focusing on my form)
    WOD 2: 65 lb with red band for pullups.
