30 minute AMRAP 3 rounds “Cindy”, run 200m
“Cindy” is 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 Air Sq
5 rounds Still on the knees for pushups. I forgot to post on the white board.
8 rounds 5 pull ups
Felt very good about squat depth
6 1/3 rounds.
Two days of Cindy in a row: great fun but sore.
7 full rounds plus 2 2/3 extra rounds of Cindy
5 rounds and 2 reps short of another 2/3 of a round. …Possibly did an extra set in my 4th round but who knows.
