wod2.) EVERY 3 Minutes run 400 meters x 5 rounds. (if you run 1:30 you get 1:30 recovery, if you run 2:00 you get 1:00 recovery). Hold your fastest possible pace without slowing more then 5 sec per fastest 400. Compare to last tuesday, can you tighten up your pace?
