WOD 1: HSPU with 2 – 45 lb plates under each hand. I’m guessing that’s 8″ inch ROM for head to deck. Not sure how many I got, 2 most minutes, but not always.

WOD 2: 8 rounds plus 8 ring push ups HTFU

Alt WOD 1: 17 HSPUs on the half minute, + 4 to the end. Worked on endurance to maintain 30 sec pace. Focused on keeping core tight and pinching the penny (vs big arch in my back)
    WOD 2: 8rd’s & 4 reps

WOD 1: HSPU with 1 abmat and 10-lb plate. Tried just using the abmat twice and failed each time. Previously used 1 abmat and 15-lb plate.

WOD 2: 7 rounds HTFU (Last two ring pushups were on knees. Tried three time to get final pushups from standards position but I couldn’t lock my arms out. Not the best but still an improvement over the last time we did these.)

    Inerval WOD 1: 45, 45, 42, 43, 45, 42, 42, 42
Times recorded from inside the door to inside the door. Turn arounds were at a conservative speed for there was a lot of traffic (and drivers were observably not so happy with me).

Alt WOD 1: Worked the handstand pushups ; was able to do the abmat only a few times and then failed coming back up after my shoulders got tired.

    WOD 2: 7 1/3 rounds at 65 lbs (infidel) – 16 mins was a long time!

wod1.) worked up to a single with 3 stacked 45lb bumpers, most of the work was with 2. Toes pointed, everything flexed makes a difference.
    wod2.) 9 1/3 lost count twice so…?

WOD 1 – Had to take it upside down. 15 ring hspu. 4 in the first 2 minutes then 11 more on the minute. Took a while to get used to them.
    WOD 2 – 8 2/3 rounds. I was fried.

WOD 1: Started with dumbbells, then just ground, then abmat and 10# plates, then just abmat, finished the last few from the ground – prob. around 13-16 total reps
    WOD 2: 6 rounds

    WOD#1: 170 (5 lb PR). Very pumped!
WOD#2: 7 2/3 rds. Box jumps again are my nemesis. I was at total muscle failure on the ring pushups in last round. Regardless, all were chest to deck from the rings!

WOD1: Did the alt WOD with band assist handstands. The full range of motion really, really helped and for a while I was doing it with an orange band and two 25 plates, then moved to a red band, then had to move back to the orange band. Big thanks to Uhle for spotting me, made a lot of progress today.

WOD2: did 5 rounds HTFU and 4 push ups.

Thankyou to Sean and Melissa for the push during both WODs.
