  1. WOD 1 – 35×3, 55×2, 65×1 70(f), 67(f)
WOD 2 7 rounds – knee pushups, step ups x16, db pp @40#
feeling a bit of pull in my groin – probably from shoveling and running this weekend.

  2. WOD1: 175 – PR

    WOD2: 9 & 1/3

  3. Sean Mulcahy says:

Alt WOD 1: ~16 HSPUs on 45 lb plates
    WOD 2: 11 & 1/3

  4. HSPU: ROM improved to abmat plus about ¼ inch.

    WOD 2: 6 ⅔ rounds HTFU

  5. Harold Doran says:

WOD 1: HSPU with 2 – 45 lb plates under each hand. I’m guessing that’s 8″ inch ROM for head to deck. Not sure how many I got, 2 most minutes, but not always.

WOD 2: 8 rounds plus 8 ring push ups HTFU

  6. elise kessler says:

    WOD 1: 90
    WOD 2: 9 1/3 HTFU

  7. Gar Whaley says:

    wod1: 10lb plates, 1/2 abmats

wod2: 9 rds minus 1 box jump focused on great tips from Jerry for flexing quads at the top

Interval wod1 (Mon) Every 2 minutes RUN or ROW 200meters x 8 intervals:
    38;37;37;36;37;36;36;37

  8. Mike Hart says:

Alt WOD 1: 17 HSPUs on the half minute, + 4 to the end. Worked on endurance to maintain 30 sec pace. Focused on keeping core tight and pinching the penny (vs big arch in my back)
    WOD 2: 8rd’s & 4 reps

  9. Leland says:

    WOD 1: 140
    WOD 2: 5 2/3 HTFU

  10. Laura Novotny says:

WOD 1: HSPU with 1 abmat and 10-lb plate. Tried just using the abmat twice and failed each time. Previously used 1 abmat and 15-lb plate.

WOD 2: 7 rounds HTFU (Last two ring pushups were on knees. Tried three time to get final pushups from standards position but I couldn’t lock my arms out. Not the best but still an improvement over the last time we did these.)

    Inerval WOD 1: 45, 45, 42, 43, 45, 42, 42, 42
Times recorded from inside the door to inside the door. Turn arounds were at a conservative speed for there was a lot of traffic (and drivers were observably not so happy with me).

  11. Mike Koslap says:

Alt WOD 1: Abmat HSPU’s. About one a minute.
    WOD 2: 7 Rounds HTFU.

  12. Alt WOD 1: Worked the handstand pushups ; was able to do the abmat only a few times and then failed coming back up after my shoulders got tired.

    WOD 2: 7 1/3 rounds at 65 lbs (infidel) – 16 mins was a long time!

  13. Jerry Hill says:

wod1.) worked up to a single with 3 stacked 45lb bumpers, most of the work was with 2. Toes pointed, everything flexed makes a difference.
    wod2.) 9 1/3 lost count twice so…?

  14. Mark Davis says:

WOD 1 – Had to take it upside down. 15 ring hspu. 4 in the first 2 minutes then 11 more on the minute. Took a while to get used to them.
    WOD 2 – 8 2/3 rounds. I was fried.

  15. Kevin Hare says:

WOD 1: Started with dumbbells, then just ground, then abmat and 10# plates, then just abmat, finished the last few from the ground – prob. around 13-16 total reps
    WOD 2: 6 rounds

  16. Jason Brown says:

    WOD#1: 170 (5 lb PR). Very pumped!
WOD#2: 7 2/3 rds. Box jumps again are my nemesis. I was at total muscle failure on the ring pushups in last round. Regardless, all were chest to deck from the rings!

  17. WOD 1: HSPU (0 full range of motion/ 75% kipping) Need to go back to the band and elevated HSPU’s practice.
WOD 2: 8 or 9 rounds lost track
    200m x 7 row repeats.45,43,42,43,43,43,44

  18. WOD 1: HSPU – Started w/2 abmats for the first couple rounds then went down to 1 abmat w/skinny 15lb plate. Tried 1 abmat but failed :(

    WOD 2: 7 rounds + 3 pp (Infidel)

  19. Crystal says:

WOD 1: 77 lb PR by quite a bit…i think my previous was 62 or 65
    WOD2: 6 rounds exact INF

  20. Fred says:

    WOD 1: 125
    WOD 2: 7 1/3 Inf

  21. Vinnie Freda says:

    Alt WOD 1: 15 HSPU, 7 HSPU (15lb plates), 3 HSPU (25lb plates)

    WOD 2: 9 rounds + 7 ring pushups

  22. 25:23 (Alt WOD) 400 meter run, 15 GHD, 20 DUs ( I counted attempts) and 15 box jumps – 4 rounds

  23. Tina Durkin says:

    HSPU- 24 rx

    wod 2- 8 1/3 + 3 PP (HTFU)

  24. Eric Mckenna says:

WOD 1: 135#, failed once at 145, failed twice at 140.
    WOD 2: 6 rounds + 8 push press @ 95#

  25. Uhle says:

    WOD1: 155- wasn’t feeling strong
WOD2: 8 2/3 rnds HTFU- ditto to what MarkyD said

  26. Steve Reiss says:

    WOD 1: 24 HSPU (1 every :30 for 12 minutes) @ 15lb weight + ab mat…big improvement on movement

    WOD 2: 7 rds @ 95# push press

  27. WOD1: Did the alt WOD with band assist handstands. The full range of motion really, really helped and for a while I was doing it with an orange band and two 25 plates, then moved to a red band, then had to move back to the orange band. Big thanks to Uhle for spotting me, made a lot of progress today.

WOD2: did 5 rounds HTFU and 4 push ups.

  28. Joe Hart says:

    WOD 1: HSPU 2 at floor level, 7 on 45 plates, 16 on 45 + 10 plates

WOD 2: 7 and 1/3 rounds. Have to concentrate on core during push presses.

Thankyou to Sean and Melissa for the push during both WODs.

  29. Stuart says:

WOD 1: All 24 reps with hands on double 45 lbs bumper plates (21 reps were legit. 3 reps I was moving off the wall)

    WOD 2: 6 1/3 rounds

What a way to return from vacation!

  30. WOD 1: HSPU, with 2 ab mats
    WOD 2: 7 and 1/3 rounds with 4 PP @INF

  31. Kate Moran says:

    WOD 1: 75#
    WOD 2: 8.1 rounds 55#
