wod1.) 3 rounds: [Repetition max in Pullups (go for a PR your first round!) and max situps  in 1 min.] (pick your poison, regular, abmat, ghd). 15min time limit. record all 6 numbers.

rest 3 min

wod2.) FOR TIME: Overhead Plate carry for 400 yards (25lb W, 45lb M) Every 12th step perform a “Plate Burpee”. Keep hold of the plate and perform a normal burpee only instead of jumping you clean and press the plate overhead.

    WOD 2: 16:10 Started off with lunges and realized everyone else was walking. Ya i’m special.
    Felt like a never ending death!

    Great working with Lanette and Meg this morning. Need to work on not taking up the entire cage with my swing and kip. Quick/concise kip means less time on the bar – I like that!
