5 Shoulder to Overhead (push jerk), 7 Burpee, 9 Pullup

Suggested load 95W, 135M (Make it something you feel confident you can always get for 5 reps.)

HTFU: 10 rounds

Infidel: 8 rounds

Bulldog: 6 rounds

    25:35 – 95lb push jerks!!! Yikes! 8 rounds, purple band pull ups. This was tough, wow

    Failed on one so I had an extra clean that I wasn’t expecting. One other wobbled, but the rest were solid.
