110305 Saturday “Luck of the Irish”

Parade is Today!

Roll the Dice twice after each 400m Run. 1 = 20 Burpees, 2 = 20 Wallball,  3 = 20 KB Swing(45W-70M), 4= 20 Pullup, 5 = 20 box jump (24″), 6 = 20 GHD Situp. For example, you come back from your 400m run and roll 2 dice it comes up 4 and 4, you owe 40 pullups. The next round you come back from your run and roll 2 and 4, you owe 20 wallball, 20 pullups. Third Round (after run) is 5 and 2 so you owe 20 box jump and 20 wallball. This madness continues depending how lucky you feel: 3 rounds=Bulldog, 4rounds=Infidel, 5rounds=Rxed, Sixer=Luck of the Irish!

    I love these ‘roll the dice’, or ‘draw a card’ WODs. But don’t go to Vegas with me…
