110308 Tuesday 20 min amrap:
200m run, 9 Front Squat (95W,135M), 9 box jump (24″), 9 Pullups

7+ (was on 200m run when time expired)
4 3/4 rounds @ Rx. My conditioning is not where it should be after my forced time off. Its time to get back on that.
5 rounds as RXed (135 lbs front squats)
5+ rounds w/ 85lb
(was tailing Mulcahy on the 200m run when time expired)

4 rounds with a 200m at the end (65#)
4 1/4 rounds w/85lb front squats – wasn’t feeling it today, low energy, still sore from the last week! May need some mardi gras fun
