Back Squat x 3 with Chains (Compare to)

If you’ve been hittin’ it hard the last couple of weeks a pure strength day might be all the body needs today.

After Party: Tabata Row :20 work, 10 sec rest x 8 intervals (record lowest interval)

Alternate WOD: 400m run, 30 Jumping Lunges, 20 Slamball 3, 4, or 5 rounds
