Complete 50 Front Squats for time 95 w, 135m

At the start of every minute (including first minute) perform 5 burpees.

Bulldog: 3 burpees

    11:00 RX front squats, or rather squats generally, are not my thing. First time since I started my current job 18 months ago that I didnt walk up the escalator at the metro.

    10:10 1/2 Rx, other 1/2 scaled to 95lbs and 3 burps
    Loop – Not timed, but made it. Line out of Yellowbeard comes to mind… “Stagger, stagger, crawl, crawl…”

    1st time back at CFOT in 7 months … oh how I missed not being able to walk up and down stairs :)

    Noticed some cool changes btw: Fancy new sign in, other nice changes to equip setup, great reference page on the blog for new members (I’m half considering myself “new”), etc. Nice!

    Other things remain the same: I still hate burpees and they hate me.
